By setting up a GoTXTai subscription and using the service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
GoTXTai lets a person text an AI assistant, Emily, from an ordinary mobile phone and receive helpful replies by SMS. The service does not require an app, internet, or web browser to use.
The phone number used must be able to send and receive text messages. You are responsible for any messaging or data rates applied by your mobile carrier.
By setting up a subscription for a phone number, you provide express consent for GoTXTai to send AI-generated text messages to that number. The person using the number can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
You agree not to use GoTXTai for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. Emily may decline to help with requests that are dangerous, illegal, or that should be handled by a qualified professional. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any GoTXTai text. You can also cancel your subscription from your account page. After opting out, you will no longer receive AI replies.
GoTXTai provides AI-generated responses for general assistance only and does not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or inaccurate messages, or for actions taken based on Emily's replies.
