Business Entity
GoTXTai is a service operated by GoTXTai, a sole proprietorship. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and the sole proprietor. The service is not operated under an LLC, corporation, partnership, or other registered business entity, and there is no separate EIN or fictitious business name. GoTXTai is the public-facing product name.
Agreement to Terms
By setting up a GoTXTai subscription and using the service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. You also agree to the GoTXTai Privacy Policy.
Service Description
GoTXTai lets a person text an AI assistant, Emily, from an ordinary mobile phone and receive helpful replies by SMS. No app, web browser, or internet connection is required on the subscriber's phone; messages are sent and received as ordinary SMS. GoTXTai itself is an internet-based service: your message is transmitted to our servers, where an AI generates the reply, and that reply may draw on internet sources. Setup and payment take place on the GoTXTai website; there is no enrollment by text message.
User Requirements
The phone number used must be able to send and receive text messages. You are responsible for any messaging or data rates applied by your mobile carrier. You may set up the service for your own number or for another person's number, with their consent.
Consent to Receive Messages
By setting up a subscription for a phone number, you provide express written consent for GoTXTai to send AI-generated text messages to that number. Consent is collected through the web signup form and is not a condition of any purchase other than the GoTXTai service itself. The person using the number can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Message Frequency and HELP
Message frequency varies — you receive a reply whenever you text Emily. Message and data rates may apply. For help at any time, reply HELP. To stop messages, reply STOP; to resume, reply START (where applicable).
AI-Generated Content
Emily's replies are generated by an AI model and may use internet search or context services for current-information questions. Responses are for general informational purposes only and are not professional advice. GoTXTai is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other licensed advice.
Third-Party Services
GoTXTai relies on third-party services to operate: Twilio delivers text messages, Stripe processes payments, and the AI is provided through Base44's platform. Each service operates under its own terms and policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GoTXTai for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. Emily may decline to help with requests that are dangerous, illegal, or that should be handled by a qualified professional. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Data Retention
Conversation history is stored while your subscription is active to maintain conversational context. When your subscription ends, your message data may be deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Subscription and Cancellation
GoTXTai is a paid monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by replying STOP to stop messages. Cancellation stops future billing; service continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required.
Limitation of Liability
GoTXTai provides AI-generated responses for general assistance only and does not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or inaccurate messages, or for actions taken based on Emily's replies. Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
