Information We Collect
We collect your name and mobile phone number when a GoTXTai subscription is set up, so that Emily can respond to your text messages. We also store the content of the text messages you exchange with Emily to maintain conversation context. Payment information is processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How We Use Information
Your information is used to operate the GoTXTai service: identifying your subscription, sending AI replies by text, and remembering recent conversation context so Emily's answers stay relevant. Conversation history is isolated to your phone number and is never shared with other subscribers.
AI Processing
Your messages are processed by an AI model (Emily) to generate replies. In some cases — for example, questions about current prices, news, weather, or other timely information — the AI may use internet search or context services to provide an accurate answer. We do not use your message content for marketing or sell it to third parties.
Third-Party Services
To operate the service, your phone number and message content are shared with: Twilio, which delivers the text messages; Stripe, which processes subscription payments; and our AI provider, accessed through Base44's platform, which generates Emily's replies. Each provider processes data under its own terms to deliver the service.
Data We Do Not Sell
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number — for advertising or marketing purposes. SMS consent is separate from any marketing communication and is never a condition of purchasing anything other than the GoTXTai service itself.
Data Retention
Conversation history is retained for as long as your subscription is active so Emily can maintain conversational context. When your subscription ends, your message data may be deleted. Account and billing records may be kept as needed for legitimate business and tax purposes.
SMS Messaging Practices
GoTXTai sends AI-generated text messages in response to subscriber-initiated conversations. Message frequency varies — you receive a reply whenever you text Emily. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, request help by replying HELP, and resume service by replying START. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the GoTXTai service and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Your Choices and Data Requests
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account page. To request deletion of your personal data, contact us through the GoTXTai website and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Sensitive Information
Please do not send highly sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, passwords, or financial account details) through GoTXTai. The service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Data Security
We implement standard security measures to protect your phone number and message contents from unauthorized access. Subscriber data is isolated so no subscriber can access another's conversations.
